They have always met the requirements of both the placement person and ourselves and I have always found the whole concept so straightforward and hassle free.
We have had some wonderful people come to us from the partnership and all have said how beneficial the experience has been for them to be able to come to us to develop the future career.
The staff are always very friendly and so helpful whenever you call and nothing is ever to much trouble for them.

STAGECOACH BUS
Internships offered: Administration
'As a company we have had an excellent relationship with The Training Partnership since its inception, when it was then known as IPPS. In the beginning it was to supply their students with discounted bus passes to enable them to travel easily to their Internships.
We have, as a company taken their students on work placements and have found them to be keen and willing to learn. The back up support from The Training Partnership has been first class, right from the initial enquiry for the student placement and through their stay with us and their final day. This is supported by questionnaires to see if the students were happy, if we were happy, and if they had any problems. This process was always dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner.
So in summary I would not hesitate to recommend The Training Partnership to anyone wishing to place overseas students in work experience in the UK, with a friendly, out going and caring company.'
Chris Diggle (Travel Shop Manager)

MOTO
Internships offered: Hotel & Catering, Personnel, Administration
'This is a second successful year of partnership between our two organisations.
During this year we have placed 18 students as Customer Assistants across the estate working for up to two months. A further one student was placed for 3 months working as a Personnel Assistant.
Why does this work for Moto?
Here in Exeter we have the most seasonally trading Motorway Service Area in the Country. This means that we require up to an extra 40 to 50 staff during the summer Holidays. We recruit the people we need through various ways and one way is with the help of The Training Partnership.
Why is this good for the students?
Here at Moto we have many customer facing jobs for the summer. This gives the students plenty of opportunity to practice their English safe in the knowledge that many of their friends are available to lend a hand if they start to struggle.
As always the quality of the students has always been excellent. They are always willing to work and join in with everything that is happening at Moto. Without exception their attendance and punctuality was without reproach. For our part we always ensure that the students are only given duties commensurate with their command of the English language enabling them to completetasks successfully. Some of the students have received commendations for their customer service through our Mystery Shopper programme.
So once again a great result for Moto Hospitality and we look forward to next year anticipating another great partnership.'
