Our Internship Officers

• The people we employ as Internship Officers are dedicated to finding the right placement / internship for students.
• We only employ highly respected and qualified Internship Officers who have worked in recruitment for many years.
• It is their responsibility to arrange work placements and to monitor and evaluate the progress of each student during their training period 

Our Accommodation and Student Liaison Officer

• Is dedicated to the well being of our Students. All accommodation provided for students is thoroughly checked before we agree to work with an accommodation provider. Our decision to use Accommodation Providers for self catering, host family or homestay is based on the following: the accommodation must be suitable for a member of our own family  to live in.

Administration

• When the company was started in 1996 we made it our policy to employ our former  European students as company Administrators. We also offer  student internships in marketing, administration, finance and event management,  ensuring that there is always at least 2 or 3 different languages spoken in the office. It is our way of endorsing our core business and gives credibility to Internship Providers who often offer employment to their European Students.
• Currently the languages spoken in the office are English, Italian, Spanish and French and Dutch.

• We have an “open door” policy, this means that ALL Employees, Participants, Partners and Students are able to discuss matters of concern without having to make an appointment.
• All of our staff regularly attends training seminars for the purpose of updating and improving their skills for the benefit of our European Partners and Students.
