What we can do for you
Our mission is four fold, our aim is to provide
We encourage young people to develop their independence, self esteem and confidence and understand the importance of cultural diversity. “The world is but a school of enquiry” The Training Partnership endeavours to facilitate an international work ethic and school of enquiry.
How do we do it
The Training Partnership is open ALL year round!
We receive individual students and groups of up to 20 students at a time, our programmes operate all year long. All students are allocated a work placement specific to their chosen career or educational needs. Before students arrive in the U.K. we provide them with the following details, internship, accomodation, travel and transport and all the information the student will need to get started and succesfully complete a work experience in the U.K.
We also organise Delegate Visits, we find appropriate internships for students in as little as four weeks. Even specialist sectors like medical, laboratory or engineering placements can be arranged (although they may require more notice).
The Training Partnership has over 10 years experience working with the European Leonardo Da Vinci Mobility and Pilot Project programmes. The Leonardo da Vinci Programmes are an initiative of the European Union and supports the implementation of mobility, movement and education within Europe.
In the last 10 years we have built longlasting partnerships in many countries by constantly exceeding our partners expectations.

How did we do it
The Training Partnership was established in 1996 by Jayne Stroud the Executive Director of The Training Partnership. The Company provides a caring, safe environment for young people undertaking Work Experience programmes. We know how it feels to be far away from family, friends and your country of birth. The Training Partnership has worked hard during the last 10 years to establish a reputation for providing successful “quality” European Training Programmes.
One of the benefits of being part of the European Union is the funding available to learn other European Languages or participate in Work Experience programmes. The development of European Training Initiatives and interest in Work Experience Programmes has significantly grown during last 10 years. Work Experience will enable you to enhance your CV and illustrate your ability to be flexible and work as part of a team.
The E.U. Partners (Universities, Colleges, Schools Training organisations) we collaborate with share the same vision as The Training Partnership, we are all “Working toward a multi cultural, multi skilled, multi linguistic European capital”; together we are breaking down the barrier to European employment and cultural diversity.
Communication is the key to freedom of movement and employment within Europe. Europe is often referred to as a village, why? because young people with languages and transferable skills can now seek employment from country to country and town to town. Hence the term cross fertilization of skills. The Training Partnership is committed to this cause. Equality and opportunity is of prime importance to The Training Partnership.
